Debbie Weilbacher earned a B.Sc. in Human Performance from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada, where she also completed the Teacher Education Program. Soon after moving to California to teach, Debbie earned an M.S. in School Counseling from the University of La Verne. The majority of her career in California was spent as a high school counselor. After relocating to Auburn, Debbie served the university as a strategist with Student-Athlete Support Services prior to becoming an academic coach with the SKILL program.
