Assistance with Parking

If you have a permanent/temporary placard or license plate issued by a state:

  • Complete a New Student Application here:https://bachelor.accessiblelearning.com/s-Auburn/

  • After the application is submitted, a secure link will be provided with the option to upload an image of your placard or license plate.

    • The image should clearly show the expiration date and registration number

    • In lieu of uploading images, students can bring physical copies of their placard registration to 1228 Haley Center.

  • Once the Office of Accessibility receives your application and placard information, we will notify Parking Services and email you regarding the next steps.

If you have a temporary condition (six months or less) and need closer parking but do not have a state-issued placard:

  • Complete a New Student Application: https://bachelor.accessiblelearning.com/s-Auburn/

  • After the application is submitted, a secure link will be provided with the option to upload supporting medical documentation of the need for closer parking.

  • Once your application and documentation are reviewed, an Accommodation Specialist will contact you about an appointment.

**Students already registered with OA can contact their Accommodation Specialist through the AIM Student Portal for assistance.**

Renew Parking

Parking privileges must be renewed yearly through Parking Services. The Office of Accessibility need not be contacted yearly unless your placard has been updated. If this is the case, please submit a copy of your most recent tag receipt.
