AU Access

Cick on AIM Faculty Portal

Find the Academic Accessibility header.

Agree to the Access Policy

Student List will be at the bottom

Click VIEW next to the student's name.

View List of Student's Accommodation

This view shows the student's list of accommodations with descriptions.

Click on Return to Previous Page

If you have not communicated with the student.

Click Submit Acknowledgement Electronically button

Once you have communicated with the student via(email, phone, in-person meeting, etc.)

Student status will be marked Acknowledged

You will receive an email for your records.
