Request an Appointment in AIM
Current OA Students

Log into AIM Student Portal.

Click Request An Appointment under Accommodation Specialist.

Review Important Message.

Click Request An Appointment on the upper right hand side of screen.

Provide Appointment Request Detail Type (in-person, virtual, or phone) in the drop down menu and provide a Note or Concerns for appointment.

Check an Appointment Purpose.

Select Your Availability. Make a minimum of 6 selections.
NOTE: Please avoid choosing availability on one day. Provide multiple days to better assist Accommodation Specialists with scheduling. - Click Add Appintment Request.
- Your primary Accommodation Specialist will review your requesst, schedule the appointment, and send an Outlook calendar invitation.

Prospective Students
If you are a prospective/incoming Auburn student or current student not registered with OA, you can schedule a Q/A appointment with an Accommodation Specialist by emailing accessibility@auburn.edu and using the subject line: Schedule Appointment.
Generally, appointments will be scheduled for the following day and will last approximately 30 minutes.

Monday - Thursday: 9 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. and 1 P.M. to 4 P.M.
Friday: 9 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. and 1 P.M. to 3 P.M.

Drop-In Hours
We offer daily hours where students can freely drop-in for assistance. These sessions are designed to be short and concise, allowing us to help as many students as possible. Common reasons for drop-in visits may involve topics such as the 4-Step Process to Register with OA, scheduling exam requests, or guidance on sending an accommodation request to instructors.
